Requirements: 
·        Must be familiar with  3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Mentor, .. . 
·        Must demonstrate good communication skills both internally and externally. 
·        Will be traveling about 25% of his time. Half of that time could be outside of China. 
·        Fluent in written and verbal Chinese and English 
·        International experience. 
·        Previous experience in project management and operations, if possible in a matrix organization, would be appreciated. 
·        Based in Shanghai, China
