Zi9306（同步降压型DC/DC转换芯片）
The ZI9306 is a constant frequency, current mode, PWM step-down converter. The device integrates a main switch and a synchronous rectifier for high efficiency. It is ideal for powering portable equipment that runs from a single cell Lithium-Ion (Li+) battery. The ZI9306 can supply 600mA of load current from a 2.5V to 4.5V input voltage. The output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.8V. The ZI9306 can also run at 100% duty cycle for low out applications, extending battery life in portable systems.
Switching frequency is internally set at 1.5MHz, allowing the use of small surface mount inductor and capacitors. The internal synchronous switch increases efficiency while eliminate the need for an external Schottky diode. The ZI9306 is available in a low profile 5 lead SOT package.
