Job description:
Test Specification Configuration management
Active participation to DFT (with designers)
Test package development (Hardware and software)
Software configuration management (CVS)
Test package validation (correlations, gage study, stabilization)
Participation to traceability matrix
Participation to DFMEA
Evaluate test coverage
Duplicate equipments for production needs
Participate to CAB sessions
Participate to yield improvement, zero defect plans (PAT, SBL, JVT…)
Required skills:
Strong Analog Electronics competences. With power skills and automotive environment knowledge preferred
Test instrumentation techniques and methodology
Software programming skills. Knowledge on mix mode testers preferred (LTX CX, Teradyne)
Fluent in English
Good communication skills
>2 years experience required
Good Team spirit
