| 职位描述及其他要求 |
Responsible for IC analog designs with the followings:
Coordinate with global analog team and System Engineering to develop mutually agreeable design specifications.
Design, development and layout of analog IP/module in high performance embedded MCU system, such as amplifier design, oscillator, PLL, power management, and A/D & D/A converters.
Evaluate and characterized prototype units, develop test specification and coordinate with Test/Product Engineering.
Participate in global design review and technical discussion for other projects.
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
Master and PhD Degree in Electronic, Communication and Microelectronics Engineering.
CMOS development skills
Minimum of three (3) years analog IC design experience in a product development environment
Relevant experience in the area of high performance ADC, DAC, PLLs a plus
Familiar with main EDA tools, such as Hspice, Virtuoso, Matlab.
Familiar with lab equipment, such as oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, Network analyzer.
Good English reading, writing, good verbal English is preferred
Strong teamwork sense, good communication skills and strong self-motivation is required
